Daniela leads IBM’s Canadian Talent Transformation practice with a focus on guiding organizations as they create their workforce of the future. She has 20+ years experience working as a trusted advisor to Executive Leaders as they chart their digital journeys to the Cognitive Enterprise.
Daniela works cross industries and sectors with specialties in talent, culture, learning and organizational change. Her recent work includes:
• Advising senior leaders on closing skills gaps required for successful global Digital Transformation for a large Canadian Bank,
• Providing digital change and HR advisory services for a Global Aerospace and Transportation Organization, and
• Implementing IBM’s Digital Change approach to develop personalized change journeys to optimize employee engagement, amplify the employee voice and increase transformative adoption.
