Mrs. Karrian Hepburn Malcolm’s leadership spent 14 years at an international financial institution which includes her role as General Manager/Investments to which she had oversight of the institution’s Private Client Group and Branch Manager. Her leadership role spans between Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago.

Karrian’s career experience spans over 19 years and includes Strategic and Financial Planning, Marketing and Sales, Designing and Implementing Policies and Procedures to maintain best practices in sales and service, Customer Relationship Management, Business Compliance as it relates to Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customer-related matters and people leadership.

Karrian is a Licensed Broker with the Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission (TTSEC), was a Licensed Trader with the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange (TTSE) and a holder of a Mutual Funds License from the Institute of Canadian Bankers.

She holds an MBA in General Management and a B.Sc. in Management Studies and Public Administration from The University of the West Indies. In addition, she has completed international professional training in the areas of Investments, Asset Management, Retail Banking, Business Support Services, Audit, Credit Risk Management and Operations Shared Services. She is certified in Change Management process with Prosci Canada and is currently pursuing her Doctorate with the University of Phoenix in Management of Organizational Leadership

She is currently in the role of Vice President, Sales and Service, at the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation, the region’s largest indigenous mutual fund company. She has been with the corporation for over 3 years. She has executive responsibility for managing all customer relationships and service touchpoints across the corporation which includes the Investments Centers, Advisory Services, Agent Administration, Contact Centre and Card Services. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of The American Chamber of Commerce of Trinidad & Tobago (AMCHAM T&T) and is a Director of Unit Trust Corporation (Cayman) SPC Ltd.
