How many of your digital solutions are licensed or outsourced? Your IT staff should do more than fix computers and troubleshoot software. While many off -the-shelf solutions are extremely useful, sometimes customization is required. Moreover, there may be solutions that could be better-developed in-house. Even as the government makes moves towards improving service by adopting technology, we still struggle to improve our ease of doing business.
