Cesar Rebollar is Director of Product and Solutions at Visa Latin America Headquarters for the Caribbean Region. He is responsible for development and
implementation of innovative initiatives for digital payments for Visa Issuers and Partners.

Before joining Visa, Cesar performed leadership positions in the global payment industry, managing and creating acquirer POS solutions. His leadership responsibility included design, management, and performance for mobile devices, as well as development and implementation of payment applications and product security solutions.

Cesar has also led corporate applications development and implementation teams in multiple organizations, including product development for the banking industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and obtained the Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Miami.
