Dr. Christian Stone is the co-founder of Term Finance SME (sme.tt), a 100% digital platform that offers access to finance for SMEs and a Director of 3Stone Research and Consulting (3stone.co). He lectures at both the Lok Jack Global School of Business and the University of the Southern Caribbean in Entrepreneurship and has been a pioneer of the digitisation of education in Trinidad and Tobago education having provided over 2,500 students with over 25,000 hours of online entrepreneurship simulation training through the National Secondary Schools Entrepreneurship Competition.

He also co-founded the More Vino group for which he was awarded the Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year from Ernst and Young in 2015 and currently serves as a board member for the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the First Citizens Foundation. Dr. Stone is a National Open Scholarship recipient and obtained his PhD in Management with a specialisation in Entrepreneurship and Strategy from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada (2016). He also holds a Master in Education (Framingham, 2010), an Executive Master in Business Administration (UWI, 2010) and an Honours in Business Administration (Ivey School of Business, 2003.
