Anna Henderson
President, AMCHAM T&T, Chief Executive Officer, Amaranth Business Solutions Limited
Mrs. Anna Henderson has over twenty (25) years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, Organizational Leadership and Strategic Management. Appointed to the position of CEO in 2009, Mrs. Henderson has guided the company in doubling its profitability, by strengthening its core printing and imaging business, focused development of the Office Interiors Division and growing its regional business in the Eastern Caribbean countries. Most notably, in 2011, she led Massy Technologies Applied Imaging through a successful bid process for the relocation of Parliament. Here, she successfully, led her team in setting a new standard for the local construction and project management industry by completing and outfitting 70,000 square feet of office space in less than eleven (11) weeks. Never satisfied, Mrs. Henderson has further expanded the company with the addition of new solutions for process re-engineering and automation, building a Services Led Organization which has successfully launched an on-line sales channel for office furniture and technology.
Mrs. Henderson holds a BA in Marketing from the University of St. Mary’s, Minnesota, and has completed leadership courses at the Richard Ivey School in London, Ontario and Leadership Management Institute. She is considered an expert in the areas of Technology, Strategic Leadership and People Development. Mrs. Henderson has held numerous board positions including chairman for the Massy Share Ownership Plan.

Senator the Honourable Dominic Alexander Smith
Minister, Ministry Public Administration and Artificial Intelligence
Senator the Honourable Dominic Alexander Smith serves as Trinidad and Tobago’s Minister of Public Administration and Artificial Intelligence. Appointed to the Senate and Cabinet in 2025, he brings a distinguished background in digital innovation, entrepreneurship, and public service.
A graduate of the University of the West Indies (UWI), St. Augustine, Minister Smith holds a master’s degree in economics. His leadership journey began early and has remained focused on national transformation through technology, efficiency, and equity.
In his current role, he is responsible for modernizing government operations, improving service delivery through digital tools, and advancing the nation’s Artificial Intelligence strategy, supporting the Government’s vision of citizen-centered, innovation-driven governance.
Before entering Cabinet, Minister Smith founded a Digital Consultancy Company in Port of Spain that supported organizations in digital transformation, content strategy, and data analytics. His work in the private sector has helped shape people-focused, data-driven growth across industries.
He previously served as a Temporary Opposition Senator and was the United National Congress (UNC) candidate for Malabar/Mausica in the 2025 General Elections, where he dramatically closed a longstanding vote gap, earning recognition for his grassroots engagement and tireless work ethic.

Cory Belfon
Permanent Secretary, Ministry Public Administration and Artificial Intelligence
Mr. Cory Belfon is an advocate for the adoption of next-generation technologies, driving innovation in areas such as digital transformation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data governance, and cloud-native architectures. Appointed Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Digital Transformation in January 2023, and Permanent Secretary (Ag) in June 2023, he brings years of proven leadership in spearheading high-impact, cross-sector digital initiatives.
Today, he remains resolute in advancing the Ministry of Public Administration and Artificial Intelligence’s vision—delivering inclusive, secure, and human-centered digital experiences that elevate national resilience and empower every citizen. In his own words: “Onwards and Upwards!”
Mr. Belfon has a BSc in Computing & Information Systems (London Metropolitan University), a MSc in Project Management (UWI), and a MBA in Finance/General Management from Anglia Ruskin University.

Nirad Tewarie
Chief Executive Officer, AMCHAM T&T
Nirad Tewarie is the CEO of AMCHAM T&T. He has more than twenty five years’ experience in media, communications, management, education and international relations. Nirad is also the Chairman of C15 studios, a Member of the Board of Directors of Aspire Fund Management, and the Loan For Enterprise and Network Development.
Passionate about youth development and using his expertise for good, Nirad is the Chairman of the 50-year old, San Juan Jabloteh Sports Club and Manager of the Hillview College Football Teams, where he oversaw the promotion of the Senior Team to the Championship Division of the Secondary Schools’ Football League after just one season. Nirad is a past Chair of the Business Integrity Country Agenda sub-committee of the T&T Transparency Institute.
Nirad was formerly the CEO of the T&T Coalition of Services Industries (TTCSI), Chairman of the Caribbean Network of Services Coalitions, a member of the Communications and Public Affairs Division of the Commonwealth Secretariat in London, UK and a columnist for the Trinidad Guardian.
He has also served on the board of US-based FinTech startup Fintanium, of the Telecommunications Authority of T&T, the Indian Caribbean Museum and Vision on Mission Prisoner Rehabilitation Programme among others.
Nirad holds a BSc. in Mass Communications from Florida International University and an MSc in International Relations from the Institute of International Relations, UWI.

Richard Sammy

Richard S. Sammy, Group Vice President, Republic Financial Holdings Limited and Vice President, Republic Bank Limited, is a distinguished banker with significant expertise in Risk Management, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking and overall banking operations. A member of the Republic Group for more than a decade, he has served in numerous senior leadership positions, including, General Manager, Corporate and Investment Banking, Republic Bank Limited; Managing Director, Republic Bank (Guyana) Limited; Regional Manager, Corporate Business Centre–South and Regional Manager, Investment Banking Division, Republic Bank Limited.
Mr. Sammy currently serves as a Director of The Heroes Foundation and is a former Chairman of the Guyana Association of Bankers Inc. (GABI), a former Director of the Caribbean Association of Bankers Inc. (CAB), and a former founding Director of the Guyana American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM). Mr. Sammy holds a BSc. (Hons.) in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine (Trinidad & Tobago), an MBA from Warwick Business School (United Kingdom) and is a graduate of the Wharton School Advanced Management Program (United States).

Diya Wynn
Principal, Responsible AI, Public Policy, Amazon Web Services
Diya Wynn is a technology leader who has been at the forefront of digital transformation. With over 25 years of experience spanning the internet, e-commerce, social media, mobile, cloud, and now AI, she brings that expertise to her approach to the intersection of emerging technology and humanity. As a Principal, Responsible AI Lead, she is a champion for ethical, safe, inclusive AI development and empowers organizations to build trust in AI. Earlier in her career, Diya worked in startups, scaling products for acquisition, and in consulting roles. An author, international speaker, and guest lecturer on responsible and inclusive technology, she serves on multiple non-profit boards and volunteers with various organizations.
In 2023, she was named one of Business Insider’s top 15 people in Enterprise AI and top 100 people in AI and one of 100 Brilliant Women in AI EthicsTM among other industry awards. When she isn’t working hard on the future of AI, she’s working hard to influence the future. This starts at home with her two sons but extends to her dozens of mentees, whom she encourages to color outside the lines, defy the odds, and redefine boundaries.
Diya studied Computer Science at Spelman College, the Management of Technology at New York University, and AI & Ethics at MIT Sloan School of Management and Harvard University Professional School.

Abhinav Aggarwal
Chief Executive Officer, Fluid AI
Abhinav Aggarwal is one of the founders of Fluid AI (www.fluid.ai). Abhinav dropped out of the MBA at India’s number 1 Insititute (Indian School of Business) to found his company, Fluid AI. He has been working in deeply in AI research and product for organizations for the last 15 years. He is a part of the Forbes 30 under 30 Asia list and the Fortune 40 under 40 India list. Abhinav is a Chartered Accountant. However, he has always had a passion for coding and is a self-taught coder. He began his journey when he emerged as one of the winners at the world’s biggest 24-hour coding competition, the TechCrunch Disrupt Hackathon in New York in 2012. His case study about him and Fluid AI is now being taught at Harvard Business School. He was recently featured on the cover of Forbes Magazine. He has also worked with and met Warren Buffett to launch the world’s first A.I. magazine cover for the Forbes 100th year anniversary. He was also the person behind the world’s first book written by an AI to become an international bestseller. He is a guest faculty at ISB Hyderabad. In addition, he has launched the world’s first People-less banking branches powered by AI for Bank of America.
Revolutionizing the Artificial Intelligence space, his company Fluid AI provides customer focused experiences as well as decisioning products. Their clients include Bank of America, Barclays, Societe Generale, Royal Bank of Canada, Capgemini, Vodafone, Toyota, Intel, Rolls Royce, Government of Mauritius, Electricite de France, Daimler Mercedes etc. Fluid AI has been listed by Forrester in its latest global AI report as the ‘Top Vendor for Deep Learning’ and by Gartner as a ‘Cool Vendor for AI’. IBM has selected them as the best ‘Deep Technology Startup’. Frost and Sullivan has awarded them as ‘Artificial Intelligence Product of the Year’. Fluid AI has also been a part of the Mastercard Start Path program.

Julian Belgrave
Country Representative, Inter-American Development Bank (IDB)
Julian Belgrave is the current Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) Country Representative in Trinidad and Tobago effective October 1st, 2024. He has over 15 years of experience working with the IDB. Throughout his work at the Bank, he’s not just managing IDB’s projects but also inspiring and empowering a dedicated team of professionals. Julian has a knack for building strategic partnerships both within the Bank and beyond by helping to spark innovation and drive positive change, even in a bureaucratic environment. Julian holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Development from the University of East Anglia in the UK and a BSc in Economics and Management from the University of the West Indies in Barbados. He’s also a Certified Project Management Professional and a Scrum Master.

Gerardo Rivera Menjivar
General Manager, Digicel Business
Gerardo Rivera Menjivar is the General Manager of Digicel Business in Trinidad & Tobago, where he leads the transformation and growth of the company’s B2B operations. With over 17 years of experience across telecommunications, ICT, technology, real estate, and consumer goods, Gerardo is recognized for driving commercial performance, building high-impact teams, and delivering innovative solutions in cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise connectivity.
Prior to his current role, he led the B2B division at Digicel El Salvador, consistently achieving double-digit growth and forging strategic partnerships with enterprise and government sectors. He played a key role in designing and executing digital transformation strategies that delivered tangible results across industries.
Gerardo holds an MBA, an experience that strengthened his global perspective, cross-cultural leadership, and strategic thinking. He also holds a degree in Business Administration and Economics complemented by executive training in strategy and digital innovation.
Known for his customer-first mindset and results-oriented leadership, Gerardo is passionate about helping Caribbean businesses leverage technology for long-term growth and competitiveness.

Shazard Mohammed

Shazard Mohammed, General Manager, Data Governance & Management Unit, is a seasoned Marketing and Sales professional with more than 19 years’ managerial experience in the financial services sector. As a member of the Republic Bank Group for the past decade, Mr. Mohammed has contributed significantly to the Bank’s strong growth and performance in the Retail & Commercial Banking, and Trust and Asset Management Division. He has also applied extensive expertise in credit card analytics, both on the issuing and acquiring side of that business, market segmentation, and business intelligence, as well as change management, customer advocacy and digital transformation.
He has previously held the positions of General Manager, Commercial & Retail Banking; Regional Sales Manager – South Region; Senior Manager, Credit Card Centre; Manager, Trust Services Division; and Manager, Market Intelligence and Segments.
Mr. Mohammed holds an EMBA with Distinction from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business; a Professional Diploma in Marketing and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He also holds a BSc. in Economics (1st Class Honours), with a minor in Marketing, from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine. He is NPS certified and is currently completing the Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence Officer Programme at Carnegie Mellon University, further deepening his expertise in data leadership and artificial intelligence.

Marsha Ramnanan

Marsha is a Partner in Assurance and has been with the firm for more than 20 years.
Marsha has been instrumental in helping clients adapt to changes in International Financial Reporting Standards over the years. With her Sarbanes-Oxley experience she often brings a fresh perspective to clients who are facing challenges with or who are just looking to improve their internal controls.
In addition to leading teams on large engagements she also assists in delivery of targeted training on controls.
Marsha also has internal Firm responsibilities in relation to audit quality and methodology. This means she is ideally placed to give clients the kind of guidance that will lead to an efficient and effective resolution for audit issues as they arise.

Alison Cathles
Senior Specialist, Competitiveness Technology and Innovation (CTI) Division, IDB
Alison Cathles is a Senior Specialist in the Competitiveness, Technology, and Innovation Division (CTI) at the Inter-American Development Bank. She is also an affiliated researcher at UNU-MERIT. She holds a PhD in Innovation, Economics and Governance for Development from UNU-MERIT / Maastricht University and a Master’s in Public Administration and Public Policy from the Cornell Institute for Public Affairs (CIPA) at Cornell University. Broadly speaking, her research is focused the evolution of opportunities and challenges specific to technological changes taking place in the world around us, and on the role of skills and different educational pathways in digital technology adoption, economic growth, and innovation. A selection of her publications cover pivotal issues that affect digital technology adoption in Latin America and the Caribbean, for example The 360 on Digital Transformation in Firms in Latin America and the Caribbean, Convivir con el coronavirus ¿Cómo aprovechar la inercia para digitalizar a las pymes de la región?, and Disrupting Talent: The Emergence of Coding Bootcamps and the Future of Digital Skills.

James McLetchie
EVP & Deputy Group CEO, Massy Group
James brings more than 30 years of financial, M&A, transformation, and strategy experience to Massy, with an emphasis on international M&A and growth. James started his career as an auditor, at Price Waterhouse in Trinidad. After 7 years, he left Price Waterhouse as an audit manager to complete his MBA in Finance and Management Information System (MIS) at Purdue University in the United States. He then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers, working in their Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York City offices, working with clients in many sectors to integrate their acquisitions focused on designing and delivering the full potential and synergies of those acquisitions.
James later joined McKinsey & Co, where he spent 13 years, designing and leading M&A integration programs until 2021. He was part of the McKinsey & Co global M&A leadership team and led the Merger Management and Organisation teams for the UK and Irish offices. He worked “on the ground” in over 30 cities across the world in countries including Brazil, Chile, United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Turkey, Japan, and India.
Most recently, James was Senior Vice President of Integration at AVEVA Group, a FTSE 50 company and world leader in industrial software company specialising in Power and Oil and Gas. James was responsible for integrating and delivering the value from AVEVA’s largest acquisition as well as their most ambitious business model transformation to a subscriptions business powered by cloud products.

Roslan Schofield
General Manager, Non-Operated Ventures, Shell Trinidad & Tobago
Roslan Schofield is an accomplished energy industry business leader with over 23 years of international experience at Shell. He holds both a BS and MS in Chemical Engineering and has a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and leading high-performing teams across various sectors, including deepwater, onshore and offshore production, integrated gas, exploration, and new business development.
As a visionary leader, Roslan has successfully managed multi-billion-dollar investment proposals, demonstrating exceptional strategic thinking and decision analysis. His leadership spans all opportunity and project phases, from identification and appraisal to execution, creating environments where teams are empowered to deliver outstanding results. Roslan is recognized for his ability to resolve complex business decisions, manage risks, and drive business transformation.
Currently, Roslan serves as the GM for Non-Operated Ventures in Shell T&T. He leads Shell’s Port of Spain-based NOV asset management team for Atlantic LNG and a Solar JV. He is also a member of Shell’s country leadership team, driving the delivery of Shell’s LNG strategic intent and securing a sustainable integrated gas heartland in Trinidad and Tobago.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Roslan is a dedicated father of two teenagers and has been happily married for 22 years. He is passionate about sports, traveling, culinary arts, investing, mentoring, and education.

Satish Sundar
Group Chief Architect, Republic Bank Limited
Satish Sundar, Group Chief Architect, is a distinguished professional with over 23 years’ experience in shaping and leading large scale technological transformations within complex organisations. A visionary leader with the ability to translate intricate business challenges into robust and innovative technical solutions.
Prior to joining the Republic Bank Group, Satish was the Associate Director – Group Operations, AIA Group, Hong Kong China. He successfully led several innovations over multiple territories and markets, such as EDEN, which was implemented across nine (9) countries with a budget of over 20MUSD.
Satish has a Master of Business Administration with emphasis on Global Strategy and Leadership from Mc Gill University, Canada and is a Certified Enterprise Architect. He has held several key executive roles in the Banking and Insurance industries across the US, Europe and Asia. A proven leader in designing and implementing IT frameworks that are both scalable and sustainable regionally and internationally.

John Outridge
Chief Executive Officer, Trinidad and Tobago International Finance Centre
John is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Trinidad and Tobago International Finance Centre and is responsible for leading the company as it executes its mandate of driving digital financial services adoption across all sectors so Trinidad & Tobago can become a premier location for FinTech-enabled services and maintain its position as the Financial Hub of the region.
He has over 10 years of senior management experience and has worked for firms such as EY, and Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC). He has supported both public and private sector institutions with strategic guidance, fintech strategies as well as the modernisation of public financial management systems for various Governments throughout the region.
During his career, Mr. Outridge has amassed a wealth of expertise and experience in the areas such as -but not limited to – Digital Transformation, Payment Systems & Electronic Funds Transfer Implementation, and Strategy and Digital Operating Model Design for state enterprises and financial services organisations.
He holds a Master of Small and Medium Enterprise Management (distinction) from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, Diploma from The University of Cambridge Fintech & Regulatory Innovation program, Diploma in Governance and Public Innovation for Leaders of Latin America and the Caribbean from The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill School of Business, and lectures on programmes relating to digital and technology management for the University of Bedfordshire.

Rory Ebanks

Rory Ebanks is a Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI), EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (ECSA), Certified Network Defender (CND), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Cyber Security Nexus (CSX), holds a Master of Science in Cyber Security from EC Council University and a B.Sc. in Computing Information Technology from the University of Technology.

Sekou Alleyne
Chief Executive Officer, Global Trinidad & Tobago
Sekou Alleyne is a visionary leader at the helm of Global Trinidad and Tobago and the driving force in positioning Trinidad and Tobago as the premier trade and investment destination in the Caribbean. With an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Concordia University, Montreal, Sekou brings over a decade of expertise in strategic business development and investor attraction.
Previously, Sekou served as President of InvesTT, one of the three legacy organizations now amalgamated into Global Trinidad and Tobago. As a leading member since InvesTT’s inception in 2012, Sekou has been instrumental in shaping the nation’s investment landscape. His notable achievements include leading the emergence of the international business process outsourcing (BPO) cluster, which consists of 9 operational firms currently employing over 2,500 persons. He also led the tenanting of e TecK’s Phoenix Park Industrial Estate with 98% tenant commitment.
Sekou’s primary focus is to strategically improve the visibility of Trinidad and Tobago as a trade and investment destination of choice. Under his leadership, Global Trinidad and Tobago aims to enhance the country’s position as a global business hub, fostering innovation and creating pathways for sustainable economic growth.

Eduard Mouget
Chief Information Security Officer, Republic Bank Limited
Eduard Mouget is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Republic Financial Holdings Limited (RFHL), where he leads the group’s information security strategy, supporting digital transformation while safeguarding legacy systems.
Previously, Eduard served as Group Chief Information Officer at Guardian Group, overseeing the confidentiality, integrity and availability of systems across 21 countries. He established the company’s first dedicated Information Security team and led the secure migration to a cloud-hosted model.
Earlier in his career, he held various progressive positions in the IT consulting practice of a Big 4 firm, advising clients across sectors such as finance and insurance.
Eduard holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees (with distinction) in Computer Science from the University of the West Indies. He is certified in Information Security Management (CISM), Information Systems Audit (CISA) and Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT).

Kirk Henry

With over 25 years of experience in Trinidad & Tobago and the wider Caribbean, Kirk is regarded as one of the leading voices in digital transformation and enterprise technology. He started his career as a developer and has built a career across the financial, public and private sectors. Additionally, he has led large-scale, high-impact initiatives that bridge technology, business value and national development priorities.
Prior to his new role as GCIO, Kirk held the position of Chief Information and Digital Officer, ANSA Bank for the past four years where he led and completed the build-out of the Bank’s digital and operational technology stack. For several years before joining the bank he operated as the CEO of the National Information and Communications Technology (iGovTT), transforming several critical national ICT modernization programs.
A proud graduate of the University of the West Indies, Kirk is the holder of an MSc. degree in Computer Science and International Finance, as well as a BSc. in Computer Studies. His academic background also includes an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from the MIT Sloan School of Management, MA, USA. He is also a world prize recipient in ISACA’s Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) program and holds globally respected credentials including CISSP, CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, CDMP and RIMS-CRMP, reflecting expertise in cybersecurity.
As GCIO, Kirk will be responsible for managing and implementing the Group’s information technology strategies and operations, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.

Dwight Housend
Co-Founder & Managing Director, TTRideshare
Dwight Housend is a Co-Founder and The Executive Chairman of TT RideShare Ltd, Trinidad & Tobago’s largest ridesharing company.
