Ambikah Mongroo leads the Massy Group's Integrated Retail Portfolio with over two decades of experience spanning commercial strategy, supply chain, distribution, and retail operations. Recognised for her strategic insight and executional discipline, she has been pivotal in advancing the Group’s regional and international growth agenda, including the successful acquisition and integration of Rowe’s IGA Supermarkets in the United States and the launch of a new high-tech distribution warehouse in Orange Grove, Trinidad, featuring the first automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) in the English-speaking Caribbean. 

Ambikah holds a BBA in Management and has completed the Advanced Management Programme (AMP) at Harvard Business School and the Executive Development Program (EDP) at Ivey Business School, Western University. Her leadership continues to drive innovation, operational excellence, and customer centric transformation across Massy’s retail and distribution businesses, positioning the Portfolio for sustainable growth and international expansion. 

Neela Marquez, Regional Chief Executive Officer of Massy Remittances and Director, Massy Finance

Neela Marquez is the Regional Chief Executive Officer of Massy Remittances, leading operations across Trinidad, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Barbados and Guyana. 

With a career spanning over 25 years in the financial services and remittance sectors, Neela operates at the critical intersection of cross-border regulated asset movement, digital transformation, customer experience and market expansion. Under her leadership, Massy Remittances has scaled its footprint as a Super-Agent for MoneyGram International and advanced the execution of E-Money Licences across Trinidad, St. Lucia and Barbados. Neela is also championing WIDIT, Massy Remittances’ proprietary digital wallet, driving financial inclusion and an enhanced customer journey through secure, accessible remittance services.

Her expertise brings together practical fintech execution, regulatory discipline and cybersecurity governance with a deep commitment to customer trust and financial inclusion across the Caribbean. Neela also serves as a Director on the Board of Massy Finance GFC.

Dara Douglas, Partner, PwC Trinidad and Tobago

Dara is a Director at PwC UK, based in the London office. She has been with PwC for 15 years and leads transformation, innovation and culture programmes across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the US. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, technology and human behaviour, helping organizations rethink how they operate, strengthen leadership, build new capabilities and create environments where people can do their best work.​

John Outridge, Fintech, Digital Transformation and Payments Leader 

John Outridge is a fintech, payments, and digital transformation executive with more than 15 years of experience across financial services, technology advisory, and public sector modernization. He has been instrumental in advancing Trinidad and Tobago’s digital finance ecosystem, leading initiatives in fintech, electronic payments, financial inclusion, digital public infrastructure, and service transformation. Formerly CEO of the Trinidad and Tobago International Financial Centre, he now provides advisory services through ODX Advisory and supports workforce development and digital innovation through SITAL College.

Vijay Pradeep, CTO and Co-Founder, Anvil Robotics

Vijay Pradeep is the CTO and Co-Founder of Anvil Robotics, a venture-backed startup building the robot platform for the next generation of Physical AI systems. 

A serial entrepreneur, robotics engineer, and deep-tech investor, Vijay has spent the past 20 years building advanced robotics, autonomy, and AI technologies powering everything from flying cars and delivery drones to factory automation and personal robots. His previous company, hiDOF, was acquired by Google, where he helped launch augmented and virtual reality technologies used by millions of people worldwide. 

Vijay holds bachelor's and master's degrees from Stanford University in robotics, mechatronics, and control systems, and is passionate about helping build globally competitive frontier technology companies from the Caribbean. 

 

Carolina Mariño Rehbein, LATAM Client & Market Integration Head, CCA (Central America and Caribbean) Head Platform and Data Services, Citi

Carolina is the LATAM Client & Market Integration Head and Central America & Caribbean Head for Platform and Data Services at Citi, where she leads digital platform strategy execution, commercialization, and adoption across the region. She ensures alignment between global and local teams while driving initiatives that enhance client experience and strengthen Citi’s digital capabilities. Her career at Citi spans multiple markets, including Colombia, the Dominican Republic, and Panama, with progressive leadership roles across retail banking, cash management, and product development.

She began her career at Citi Colombia in 2005 and has since built deep expertise in cards, cash management, and digital financial solutions, contributing to initiatives such as mobile payments and regional “One Bank” projects. She holds a Master’s degree from Instituto de Empresa (IE) in Madrid and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Universidad de los Andes in Colombia, and is based in Panama with her family.

 

Rodney Farah, Managing Director, PRFC Limited 

Rodney B. Farah, ACII, ARM, CBCI, is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of PRFC Limited, a leading insurance brokerage and risk management consultancy in Trinidad and Tobago. With more than 30 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance, and risk management, he has developed and managed complex risk programmes for major corporate, industrial, and publicly traded organisations across a wide range of sectors.

A Chartered Insurance Broker and third-generation insurance professional, Rodney's expertise encompasses enterprise risk management, business continuity planning, claims negotiations, crisis management, and cyber risk management. He also serves as Manager for the Americas Region of Brokerslink A/G, a global insurance broking network operating in 137 countries.

Recognised for his strategic insight and commitment to service excellence, Rodney has held leadership positions in several professional and charitable organisations, including serving as Vice-Chair of the American Chamber of Commerce of Trinidad and Tobago's Transparency, Accountability and Governance Committee. Beyond his professional pursuits, he maintains a keen interest in technology, music, art, and travel.

Anesha Sadar, General Manager - Supply Chain and Digital Excellence, Shell Trinidad and Tobago

Anesha Sadar is GM of Supply Chain and Digital Excellence at Shell Trinidad and Tobago. With over 25 years of experience in the energy industry, spanning Strategy, Performance, Transformation, Digital, Finance and Supply Chain, she has contributed significantly to shaping Shell’s strategic direction, including leading the development and execution of its long-term Digital Roadmap. Anesha is recognized for advancing competitiveness through the practical application of technology and for challenging established ways of working to unlock simplification and value. Her current focus is refreshing Shell T&T’s AI strategy to support delivery of its 2030+ ambitions.

Keino Cox, Chief Executive Officer (Ag.), Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago (TSTT)

Mr. Keino Cox, Chief Executive Officer (Ag.) at TSTT, is an innovator, disruptor and leader with accumulated experience leading teams in Innovation, New Business Development, Supply Chain Management, Enterprise Project Management and Billing Revenue Assurance. With over two decades in the telecommunications sector, he has earned a reputation for driving transformation and championing innovation that advances both the company and the country’s digital future.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Cox led TSTT’s Emerging Services and Innovation Division, embedding innovation and disruptive business development at the core of the company’s strategy and culture. Among his accomplishments was leading the strategy, innovation and commercial implementation of a suite of diverse new revenue streams for TSTT, inclusive of a FINTECH and SaaS Digital Ecosystem, ushering the organization into the next phase of its development—from a traditional Telco to a TechCo.

Mr. Cox holds a Master’s in International Business (Distinction) from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, a Bachelor’s in Economics and Finance from The University of the West Indies (UWI), and Executive Leadership Certification from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). 

Khadine Singh, Quantitative UX Researcher, Google

Khadine has spent the past 10+ years working at Google on well-known products like Google Search, Google Maps, and Google Earth. As a Quantitative UX Researcher, her job is about understanding how people think, make decisions and take action to solve day-to-day needs. She works exclusively on climate-related projects and uses her technical skills to analyze user data and build new features for these products that help make people’s lives easier and make the world a more sustainable place. Her proudest achievement to date added eco-friendly routing to Google Maps - this feature helps users around the world to save on fuel or charging costs while reducing greenhouse gas emissions on the order of megatons every year. She has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Statistics from Columbia University. She’s also a proud Trini and former Naps girl.

Results-oriented Customs Officer with a proven track record of driving large-scale improvements within the organization. Known for leveraging effective communication, hard work, and a commitment to excellence to enhance customs procedures, minimize errors, and reduce costs. Consistently contributes to stronger border control and optimized tax collection processes, delivering tangible organizational.

Ria Karim is a distinguished executive leader, strategic advisor, and governance professional with more than 20 years of experience spanning public sector leadership, senior government advisory, strategic consulting, and private sector management. She currently serves as Chairman of the Board of iGovTT, where she provides strategic oversight and governance leadership in advancing Trinidad and Tobago’s digital transformation agenda.

Throughout her career, Ms. Karim has advised ministerial portfolios, led the establishment and operationalization of a national agency, and provided strategic counsel across sectors including technology, energy, education, the creative industries, private enterprise, and SME development. She has contributed to the development of policy-aligned initiatives, national budgeting and

reporting frameworks, and high-level strategic planning processes, with a strong emphasis on governance, accountability, performance management, and sustainable impact.
