Anna Henderson, President, AMCHAM T&T
Mrs. Anna Henderson has over twenty (25) years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, Organizational Leadership and Strategic Management. In 2007, as Director-Sales and Marketing, Mrs. Henderson played a pivotal role in the Change Management needed to ensure the smooth transitioning of Pereira & Company Ltd. from a privately-owned company to a strategic acquisition in the widely known, Regional Conglomerate, Massy. Appointed to the position of CEO in 2009, Mrs. Henderson has guided the company in doubling its profitability by strengthening its core printing and imaging business, focused development of the Office Interiors Division and growing its regional business in the Eastern Caribbean countries. Most notably, in 2011, she led Massy Technologies Applied Imaging through a successful bid process for the relocation of Parliament. Here, she successfully led her team in setting a new standard for the local construction and project management industry by completing and outfitting 70,000 square feet of office space in less than eleven (11) weeks.
Mrs. Henderson holds a BA in Marketing from the University of St. Mary’s, Minnesota, and has completed leadership courses at the Richard Ivey School in London, Ontario and Leadership Management Institute. She is considered an expert in the areas of Technology, Strategic Leadership, and People Development. Mrs. Henderson has held numerous board positions, including chairman for the Massy Share Ownership Plan.
Nirad Tewarie, CEO, AMCHAM T&T
Nirad Tewarie is the CEO of AMCHAM T&T. He has more than twenty-five years’ experience in media, communications, management, education and international relations. Nirad is also the Chairman of C15 studios, a Member of the Board of Directors of Aspire Fund Management, and the Loan for Enterprise and Network Development.
Passionate about youth development and using his expertise for good, Nirad is the Chairman of the 50-year-old, San Juan Jabloteh Sports Club and Manager of the Hillview College Football Teams, where he oversaw the promotion of the Senior Team to the Championship Division of the Secondary Schools’ Football League after just one season.
Nirad was formerly the CEO of the T&T Coalition of Services Industries (TTCSI), Chairman of the Caribbean Network of Services Coalitions, a member of the Communications and Public Affairs Division of the Commonwealth Secretariat in London, UK and a columnist for the Trinidad Guardian.
A keen supporter of the arts, Nirad is an Associate Producer of Bazodee the Movie, and the former Chairman of the Cabinet Appointed Fashion Industry Development Committee.
Nirad holds a BSc. in Mass Communications from Florida International University and an MSc in International Relations from the Institute of International Relations, UWI. He regularly speaks at regional conferences on matters related to technology & economic development.
Larry Howai, Governor, Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago
Mr. Larry Howai was appointed the11th Governor of the Central Bank of Trinidad and
Tobago on June 24, 2025. His appointment continues a distinguished career of service with close to 50 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, with senior roles in
financial services, including development finance, banking, non-bank financial institutions, and insurance; as well as in manufacturing and the energy sector.
Before joining the Central Bank, Mr. Howai served in the 10th Republican Parliament as Minister of Finance and the Economy from 2012 to 2015. Prior to his ministerial appointment, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the First Citizens Group. He has made significant contributions to the energy sector, having served as Chairman of both the National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago and the National Energy Corporation.
Throughout his career, Mr. Howai has held several other board appointments, both locally and regionally. Most recently, he served as Director on the Board of ANSA McAL Limited from 2016 to 2025. His strategic vision and governance have been instrumental in advancing key national industries and further demonstrate his commitment to economic
development.
Anton Alexander, Senior Specialist - Generative AI, AWS
Anton Alexander is a Senior Specialist in Generative AI at AWS, focusing on scaling large training and inference workloads with AWS HyperPod. As a veteran CUDA programmer and Kubernetes expert, he helps enterprises integrate NVIDIA technologies for distributed training, specializing in EKS and Slurm implementations. Anton works closely with MENA Region and Government sector clients to optimize GenAI solutions. He holds a patent pending for machine learning edge computing systems. Outside work, Anton is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu and collegiate boxing champion who enjoys flying planes.
Dara Douglas, Director, PwC
Dara is a Director at PwC UK, based in the London office. She has been with PwC for 15 years and leads transformation, innovation and culture programmes across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the US. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, technology and human behaviour, helping organizations rethink how they operate, strengthen leadership, build new capabilities and create environments where people can do their best work.

Marlon Cooper, CEO, Symptai Consulting Limited
Marlon Cooper is the Chief Executive Officer of Symptai Consulting Limited, a Caribbean advisory firm specialising in Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, AML Compliance, and Digital Transformation. With over 26 years of experience in IT Security, Data Analytics, and Risk Management, he works closely with regulated organisations to strengthen cyber resilience and manage digital risk.
A graduate of the University of the West Indies, Marlon holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in accounting and professional certifications including CISA, CRISC, and ELI/MP. He is a frequent speaker on cybersecurity and digital risk, delivering practical insights to regional audiences on navigating today’s evolving threat landscape.
John Outridge, Fintech, Digital Transformation and Payments Leader
John Outridge is a fintech, payments, and digital transformation executive with more than 15 years of experience across financial services, technology advisory, and public sector modernization. He has been instrumental in advancing Trinidad and Tobago’s digital finance ecosystem, leading initiatives in fintech, electronic payments, financial inclusion, digital public infrastructure, and service transformation. Formerly CEO of the Trinidad and Tobago International Financial Centre, he now provides advisory services through ODX Advisory and supports workforce development and digital innovation through SITAL College.
Arvind Singh, Professor of Intelligent Energy Systems and Sustainability, University of the West Indies
Arvind Singh is Professor of Intelligent Energy Systems and Sustainability at the University of the West Indies. He currently serves as the Head of Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and the Deputy Director of the Artificial Intelligence Innovation Centre, where he also leads the intelliGRID research cluster aimed at developing intelligent solutions for Electric Utilities and industrial diagnostics and monitoring.
